Who will you meet

Dr. Nicole Hinrichs

Associate Dean Degree Programs

Dr. Nicole Hinrichs is Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Associate Dean of Degree Programs at EHL Hospitality Business School. She also teaches at EPFL’s EMBA and is a Visiting Reader at Imperial College London.  

Her research focuses on organizational identities in strategic decision-making, transformative change, and innovation. Supported by SNF and HES-SO, her work has received awards and been published in leading journals.  

Nicole teaches undergraduate, master’s, PhD, and executive courses, specializing in strategy, business creation, and change management.

Brankica Ilic

Admissions & Recruitment Degree Programs

Brankica Ilic is an experienced Admissions and Enrolment Officer at EHL Graduate School, specializing in managing admissions for Master’s students. With a background in Business Administration, she excels in client and student portfolio management, admissions evaluation, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the enrolment process.
