What if AI’s growing influence on your decisions isn’t limited by what it can do, but by how well people know how to use it?

AI is becoming more pervasive in organizations and is impacting key organizational activities, from interpersonal interactions to decision making. Yet, organizational decision-makers still struggle to make sense of AI and navigate the complex challenges it represents.

In this webinar, we will explore AI beyond buzzwords and call for a more specific understanding of it embedded in organizational reality. We will also discuss practical implementations of AI. Finally, we will present a roadmap to AI implementation that also accounts for the need to challenge and assess Artificial Intelligence.

The session will conclude with a live Q&A, followed by a brief presentation of the MBA in Hospitality and Service Industries program.

Meet our speakers

Dr. Bertrand Audrin

Assistant Professor

Dr. Bertrand Audrin is assistant professor in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at EHL Business School. His research focuses on digital transformation and its impact on organizations, human resource management, and employment relationships. His current projects tackle questions on digital skills and emotional intelligence, new ways of working and AI in organizations.

Deepti Gupta

Hospitality tech professional & MBA Alumna

Deepti Gupta is a hospitality tech professional with 15 years of experience, currently working with Amadeus, and an alumna of EHL, where she completed her MBA with a focus on innovation and inclusive guest experiences. Over the years, she has worked at the intersection of business and technology, building solutions across hotel distribution, reservation systems, and customer experience.

Her perspective on AI is simple—while it’s incredibly powerful, its real value comes alive only when combined with strong human judgment, empathy, and interaction. She is particularly interested in how we can use AI not to replace people, but to enable more intuitive, efficient, and human-centric ways of working.
