Meet our speakers

Prof. Stéphane Haddad

Associate Dean Executive Education Programs & Senior Lecturer in Finance

Prof. Haddad has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate finance and M&A. He began his career in 1995 in M&A advisory at JP Morgan Chase in London and later worked in venture capital. Since 2002, he co-heads the M&A Construction team of London-based merchant bank Trevally Capital Advisors Ltd. He received an MBA in Finance from Bayes Business School (London) and a Master in Management from Excelia Business School (French Grande Ecole).

At EHL, Prof. Haddad is Associate Dean in charge of Executive Education Programs and a Senior Lecturer in Finance. He teaches both at undergraduate, post-graduate and executive education levels, including the joint HEMBA program delivered with CEIBS (Shanghai). Topics lectured include corporate finance, hospitality M&A and private equity and venture capital. In addition to teaching, he supervises students’ capstone projects and master’s theses. Prof. Haddad is also a visiting lecturer in corporate valuation and private equity at ESCP Europe (Paris / London).

Prof. Haddad has strong skills in sourcing of transaction opportunities, business and financial analysis, valuation, deal structuring and negotiating. He has built an extensive network of relationships with finance and investment professionals on a global scale, having advised clients and worked on assignments in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the US.

Natalia Bovsovers-Carette

HGM Program Director & Lecturer

Natalia Bovsovers-Carette brings over 20 years of hospitality experience, including 14 years with Kempinski Hotels. After gaining operational expertise leading Food & Beverage and Rooms divisions in Saint Petersburg, she advanced to senior management roles as Hotel and General Manager across diverse properties in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

Since joining EHL in 2021, Mrs. Bovsovers has been teaching Profitability, Concept Development, and Strategic Thinking across Bachelor's, Master's, and Executive Education programs. She focuses on bridging academic frameworks with real-world business practice and serves as Program Director for the Hotel General Manager Program (HGM). She is also a core member of WIL (Women in Leadership) and leads the WIL Horizon mentoring community.
