Regenerative Hospitality Essentials: A Deep Dive for Transformative Hospitality Leaders
Grounded in the concepts of place intelligence and people intelligence, this course explores how hospitality organizations can create net‑positive outcomes for nature, communities, employees, and guests ultimately leading to impactful regenerative practices.
You will be introduced to the regenerative mindset—a perspective that encourages leaders to understand their business as part of an interconnected living system—and learn why this approach does not replace sustainability, but rather represents its natural evolution.
The session combines interactive discussions, case studies, and practical tools drawn from contemporary research and field applications. Analyze examples of regenerative practices, discover how to map your own organization’s potential contributions, and learn to identify opportunities for environmental renewal, community engagement, and meaningful guest experience co‑creation.
A simplified version of the Regenerative Hospitality Canvas will guide you in translating ideas into structured action pathways.
