Presenter: Michael Mirabella

Director of Recruitment for the Drucker School of Management

Michael Mirabella is the Director of Recruitment for the Drucker School of Management. Prior to this role, he served as the Vice President of Enrollment, Regional Director of Admissions and Admissions Director at various colleges and universities.

Mirabella has over 30 years of experience as a leader in higher education. Through the strategy and implementation of student outreach, engagement, and enrollment for various programs and disciplines, he develops and executes enrollment management initiatives, policies, and best practices. He has helped thousands of students achieve their goals of attending and graduating from college.

Originally from Western Pennsylvania, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Geneva College, where he also played collegiate football.
