You’ll start by uncovering what sets luxury apart from premium brands, diving into consumer perceptions, emotional connections, and the concept of "brand love." With guidance from senior LVMH executives, you’ll learn to craft impactful brand missions, compelling myths, and ideal brand cultures.

You’ll also explore how storytelling, brand ambassadors, and events amplify desirability while understanding the critical role of retail in delivering a seamless brand experience. Real-life LVMH case studies will give you actionable insights to activate and sustain your brand’s DNA.

Module 2: Future of Retail

Explore the Future of Retail with a forward-looking approach to luxury trends and consumer behavior.

In this module, you’ll examine how AI, circularity, and second-hand markets are reshaping luxury retail, alongside the evolving expectations of Gen Z and Gen Alpha. The module culminates in an engaging individual exam and a practical "Sell me this product" exercise, where you’ll apply luxury consumer psychology principles to craft compelling sales pitches. Real-time feedback will help you refine your approach and align with current market trends.

3

Module 3: Future of Hospitality

Redefine luxury hospitality through sustainability and impactful leadership in the Future of Hospitality module.

Explore key ESG frameworks and sustainability strategies while analyzing their impact on profitability and brand equity. Address industry challenges like climate risks and food sourcing through case studies and hands-on simulations, designing innovative solutions for luxury hotels.
The module concludes with insights into green certifications and a final project, where you’ll craft a communication plan for a sustainable hospitality initiative.

Delve into organizational models, ethical decision-making, and governance, guided by case studies and insights from LVMH’s decentralized structure.
