EHL Master's Experience Day

Pablo was born in Montreux in 1974. His parents owned a jewelry store, and his father co-created the Rose d’Or de Montreux with Claude Nobs.

Passionate about hospitality, he pursued a Bachelor's at Cornell University after an internship at The Pierre in New York. His career began at Montreux Palace, followed by roles at Burj Al Arab in Dubai, Hôtel Richemond in Geneva, and Cipriani in Venice.

He later became Hotel Manager at Lausanne Palace, overseeing the 2008 opening of Château d'Ouchy. In 2015, after Lausanne Palace’s sale, he became General Manager at the President Wilson in Geneva, where he remains today.

Sergey Mukhamedjanov, 35, is a graduate of Geneva Hotel Management School (2016) with over a decade of experience in the hotel industry. He has worked across 3-star to 5-star hotels and aboard a cruise ship, specializing in Front Office and Guest Relations—his passion lies in creating meaningful guest connections.

In May 2023, he successfully opened Stay KooooK Geneva with his dedicated team, achieving remarkable guest satisfaction in a short time. Looking ahead, he aims to continuously enhance the hotel’s reputation, striving not only to lead its category but to compete with top 4-star properties in the region.

Born in 1982, Marco Meier has over 20 years of experience in Swiss hospitality. He started as Hotel and Quality Control Manager at Düring Management AG before joining SV Schweiz AG in 2011, where he developed catering concepts for Switzerland and the DACH region.

In 2020, he became Director of Design & Construction, overseeing restaurant and hotel projects. Since 2022, as Director of Area Operations at SV Hotel, he has managed four Marriott-brand hotels in Switzerland, including the country’s first Residence Inn by Marriott, opening in Geneva in May 2024.

A graduate of the Lucerne Hotel Management School with an Executive MBA from HWZ Zurich, Marco Meier is an innovative leader. On May 1, 2024, he will become Managing Director of SV Hotel, joining the executive board.
