Pablo was born in Montreux in 1974. His parents owned a jewelry store, and his father co-created the Rose d’Or de Montreux with Claude Nobs.
Passionate about hospitality, he pursued a Bachelor's at Cornell University after an internship at The Pierre in New York. His career began at Montreux Palace, followed by roles at Burj Al Arab in Dubai, Hôtel Richemond in Geneva, and Cipriani in Venice.
He later became Hotel Manager at Lausanne Palace, overseeing the 2008 opening of Château d'Ouchy. In 2015, after Lausanne Palace’s sale, he became General Manager at the President Wilson in Geneva, where he remains today.
