Academic Requirement: Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or business management (or its international equivalent). Consideration may be given to those with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, provided they complete prerequisite modules during the summer to establish a solid foundation in business, economics, and industry-specific knowledge.

Professional Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of six months of professional experience in the hospitality industry, including internships. In your cover letter and interview, demonstrate your passion for hospitality and commitment to pursuing a successful career in the field.
