Do I need any experience in finance or real estate to select this specialization?

No, you don't need any prior experience in finance or real estate. Meeting the minimum requirement for MiHM program ensures that you have an equal opportunity for acceptance, just like any other applicant. However, all applicants must complete an assessment in finance and accounting to determine if they meet the required level for the 
program. If not, participation in our Finance and/or Accounting Summer Course, which offers additional preparation, will be 
required before starting the master’s degree
