Follow the Journey

One Recruiter. Four places to start.

Hospitality starts with opening the door, so this season we’re knocking on yours. 4 cities. 4 stops. One tour across Switzerland.

Join Brankica as she travels across Switzerland, meeting local guests, uncovering the stories behind exceptional hospitality, and asking simple questions about the industry: what makes a welcome unforgettable, and what does it take to lead the people who create it? Hotels and restaurants, yes, but also luxury, finance and every business that runs on people.

Along the way, you’ll have the chance to meet us, alumni and students during a dedicated EHL Event. Don't wait and join us now!

a little perspective

The Welcome behind the postcard

Switzerland makes a beautiful postcard. But what makes a place feel welcoming is the people behind it, and that’s who this tour goes to meet.

It’s our turn to host. Over four stops (Crans-Montana, Basel, Zurich and Lucerne), the recruiter meets local people, alumni and students, and opens the door to an evening of conversation about hospitality, masters and what comes next.

And you can follow every step, right here. Each stop brings new interviews, images and short films, published on this page as the tour moves along. Pick your stop to save your seat, or come back after each event to see what we found.

Behind every location

On the way

Join Brankica on the road. From the first coffee to the final set-up, see each city through her eyes and what it takes to prepare a day of hospitality.

The local voices

Every city has its own way of welcoming people. Hear from those who make it happen, and see how their answers add up across the tour.

A conversation with EHL

You bring the questions, we bring the people: your recruiter, EHL alumni and students for an informal conversation around our Masters programs and more.
