Dr. Nicole Hinrichs is Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Associate Dean Degree Programs at EHL Hospitality Business School. She is also a member of the faculty of the EMBA at EPFL, Lausanne and a Visting Reader at Imperial College, London. She gained academic experience at Columbia Business School (USA), Wharton Business School (USA), and the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich, ETH (Switzerland). She received her doctorate summa cum laude from the University of St. Gallen after working for several years as a strategy consultant and in strategic positions in the banking sector. Her research interests focus on the influence of organizational and role identities in the context of strategic decisions that affect transformative change and innovation.

Of Lebanese origin, I grew up between London and Singapore, gaining a global perspective. As Head of Projects & Development at Joël Robuchon International in London, I oversee strategic operations, support international licensees, and lead marketing and branding. With experience in luxury hospitality, I've worked with citizenM, Claridge’s, and Aman Resorts. My background covers hotel operations, F&B management, and pre-openings. I hold an MSc in Global Hospitality Business from EHL, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and the University of Houston, along with a BA in Politics from the University of Exeter.

Pierandrea is an Italian professional based in Hong Kong with 7 years of experience spanning the hospitality industry. His expertise includes roles in rooms, F&B operations, and finance within luxury hotels and casual dining restaurants. He currently works as a Cost Controller at Swire Hotels, managing costing processes for the Hong Kong hotels and restaurants. He serves as Vice-chair of the Gender Equity Network at Swire Properties, promoting workplace diversity and inclusion.
